Mango Salsa

2 cups plum tomatoes, seeded

2 cloves garlic
1/2 small purple onion

1/2 small red bell pepper
1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 1/2 cups diced peeled ripe mango

Combine all ingredients except mango in container of food processor. Cover and pulse several times until desired consistency. Stir in mango. Serve with baked chips, grilled chicken, fish or quesadillas.
