Spring Smoothies
Berry Banana Blast (serves 2)

1 cup light vanilla yogurt

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 small banana, frozen

1 cup low fat milk or soy milk

1 scoop whey protein powder

1 Tbsp wheat germ

1 Tbsp ground flaxseed

1/4 cup crushed ice

Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
